The Process
How It Works

It's simple. Each limited edition FDC sticker is tied to a specific firearm giveaway. Buy the sticker, and a free sweepstakes entry is included with your purchase. The more stickers you buy, the more free entries you get. When the last sticker sells — or the sweepstakes period ends — we draw a winner.

Stickers ship free to the lower 48 states. No purchase necessary to enter — see the Official Rules for the free mail-in entry method. But let's be real, the stickers are worth it on their own.

When all stickers sell out, we draw a winner at random. If it's you, we'll ship the firearm to your FFL. Simple as that.

Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Open to legal residents of the lower 48 United States, 21 years or older. Each sticker purchase includes one (1) free sweepstakes entry into the corresponding firearm giveaway. Free mail-in entry method available — see full rules.

Stickers ship free to the lower 48. Florida residents will see 7.5% sales tax applied at checkout. Void where prohibited. Winner must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws.

Free Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your full name, address, email, phone, and the sticker name on a 3×5 card. Mail to: Firearms Direct Club, LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, 409 N. Pace Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32505. One entry per person per sticker.

Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Introduction

By entering any sweepstakes conducted by Firearms Direct Club, LLC ("FDC," "Sponsor"), each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the lower forty-eight (48) United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of FDC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Each Sweepstakes begins when the corresponding Sticker is posted and ends at the earlier of: (a) when the final available sticker is claimed, or (b) the date specified in the Sticker description.

4. How to Enter

Online Entry: Purchase the applicable Sticker on the Website. Each Sticker purchase includes one (1) free automatic sweepstakes entry.

Free Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your full legal name, mailing address, email, telephone number, and "[STICKER NAME] SWEEPSTAKES" on a 3" × 5" index card. Mail in a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Firearms Direct Club, LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes Entry, 409 N. Pace Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32505.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Sticker. Must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within 5 business days after close.

5. Drawing and Odds

A random drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days after the final Sticker has been claimed. Odds depend on total eligible entries received.

6. Prize Details

Each Sweepstakes will award one (1) Prize as described in the Sticker description, with approximate retail value stated. Prize is awarded "as is." No cash equivalent, transfer, or assignment permitted. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.

7. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified by email or U.S. mail. Must claim the Prize within thirty (30) calendar days. May be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, provide government-issued photo ID, and tax documentation (IRS Form W-9 for prizes valued at $600+).

8. Tax Responsibility

All taxes arising from the receipt of any Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor may report Prize values to the IRS.

9. Release and Indemnification

By entering, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless FDC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any Prize.

10. Limitation of Liability

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed $500.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Privacy

FDC will collect and use personal information solely for administering the Sweepstakes. FDC will not sell Participant information to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Escambia County, Florida.
