Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and the included giveaway entries, all sticker purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
Why No Returns?
Each sticker purchase includes a free entry into the corresponding firearm giveaway drawing. Because giveaway entries cannot be revoked once issued, we are unable to reverse transactions after they have been completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sticker arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stickers@firearmsdirectclub.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, send a replacement sticker at no additional cost. Replacement stickers do not include an additional giveaway entry.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong sticker, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We will ship the correct item at no charge.
Shipping & Delivery
Stickers are mailed out once all entries for a giveaway are sold and the winner has been drawn. This means there may be a delay between your purchase and receiving your sticker. You will receive your sticker by mail after the giveaway concludes.
If your sticker has not arrived within 14 business days after the giveaway ends, please contact us. We will investigate and, if necessary, reship your order at no additional cost.
Giveaway Entries
Giveaway entries are non-transferable and non-refundable. No purchase is necessary to enter. See our Official Giveaway Rules for alternative entry methods.
